History: Built by a unknown scientist Cyclone Man had been shown as an outcast since he had been on Dr. Wily's forces. And after a freak accident Cyclone Man had the power to think independently and to become a social outcast...a ability that few robots lack. Cyclone Man joined the X-Knights in 20th century. And after the year died...it was thought that Cyclone Man died with it. But to all his allies surprise...he was found. With much more power and abilities Cyclone Man can now fly up to speeds of Mach 5. The worlds's fastest flying robot! Proto X was glad to be reunited with his long lost companion, which was why Cyclone Man joined. Proto X then renamed Cyclone Man, Cyclone Man X. The birth of a new robot. After joining Cyclone Man X became fast friends with Ice Man 2 since they were allies when they both worked for Dr. Wily.
